Job 40-42 It really must have humbled this group of guys to have God speak directly to them in such a manner. I love how the tables turn as God puts Job’s friends’ redemption in the hands of Job after all they had said to him. Again- the concept of the weak being made powerful and God placing people in humble places on the earth into places of power spiritually is repeated. Although it is interesting that after all that, God still restores Job’s material status to him- mixed signals?
